i meant, i was only listening to the one song by ES. i value my sanity too much to have more of his work.

i have exactly 8 songs by mr. smith (between the bars being one of them). i had all of his albums a few years ago but then got rid of them when i realized the effect they were having on me.

it’s interesting that lots of people, at least on the internet, credit ES with having saved their lives. internetters say this so often and with such fervour, that i figure at least a few of them aren’t exaggerating.
